Warsaw, Poland to Tokyo is an approximately 14-hour flight. You can also do a combination of flight and train; or do a combination of train and flight. Traveling from Warsaw to Tokyo, you'll lose 8 hours due to the time zone difference. Prepare for somewhat warmer weather when traveling from Warsaw in March: high temperatures in Tokyo hover around 17°C and lows are around 7°C. A gateway to a sprawling and diverse national park, a center of Shinto spiritualism and place of Buddhist worship, an emblem of the riches and dominance of the Tokugawa shogunate: Nikko means many things to many people.
On the 22nd (Sun), contemplate the long history of Taiyuimbyo Shrine, take in the spiritual surroundings of Nikko Tosho-gu, snap pictures at Shinkyo Bridge, then take in the dramatic scenery at Kegon Falls, and finally explore the activities along Lake Chuzenji.

Take a train from Tokyo to Nikko in 2 hours. Alternatively, you can drive. When traveling from Tokyo in March, plan for little chillier days and about the same nights in Nikko: temperatures range from 13°C by day to 10°C at night. Finish up your sightseeing early on the 22nd (Sun) so you can go by car to Hakone-machi.

You can drive from Nikko to Hakone-machi in 3.5 hours. Other options are to take a train; or take a train. Plan for slightly colder temperatures traveling from Nikko in March, with highs in Hakone-machi at 9°C and lows at 7°C. Finish your sightseeing early on the 23rd (Mon) to allow enough time to drive to Nara.

The country's first established capital, Nara houses some of the most storied buildings and natural attractions in Japan, with eight World Heritage Sites in total.
On the 24th (Tue), take in the spiritual surroundings of Kofuku-ji Temple, appreciate the history behind Todai-ji Temple, then see the interesting displays at Todaiji Temple Cultural Center, then look for all kinds of wild species at Nara Park, and finally contemplate in the serene atmosphere at Kasuga Grand Shrine.

Traveling by car from Hakone-machi to Nara takes 4.5 hours. Alternatively, you can take a train; or do a combination of flight and train. Traveling from Hakone-machi in March, you will find days in Nara are somewhat warmer (16°C), and nights are about the same (8°C). Cap off your sightseeing on the 24th (Tue) early enough to catch the train to Osaka.
