Lovely wine farm in Constantia. Breathtaking views and just out of reach of the city's buzz. Would recommend to anyone looking for a day out of Cape Town and not drive to far. I think it should be noted that this is a very popular place and reservations are highly recommended. We did not do a wine tasting although it looked quite nice. Share a few bottles between friends and those were excellent. The restaurant, wine tasting area and restrooms are all in perfectly kept clean condition. My only critique would be that they do not make provision for the low to mid entry wine as paying a R150 for rose is a bit steep. However as a capitalist I can appreciate their market value and that they tend to the European market who don't mind paying the extra. Lovely views and a big thanks for the staff who were very friendly yet not over bearing.
Beautiful establishment , with friendly staff and great wine. Their sauvignon blanc is superb, as well as the Constantia Glen 5.
