  • The Two Oceans Aquarium is a highlight of anyone's visit to the V&A Waterfront or to Cape Town. Our for kids all loved it. We were especially entertained by a friend who is a marine biologist who drove into one of the big tanks to feed the rays and turtles. The show took a while so when it was over we were glad to be able to get sodas and coffee right there. Watching men cleaning out the shark tank while the big creatures swam past them was a bit nerve-wracking! There is a huge array of sea life from tiny fish to adorable penguins, from huge ugly toads to sea horses. There are touch pools and interactive exhibits to keep everyone busy and interested. We have been impressed by the Aquarium's efforts to train up young marine biologists in an intensive training program.
  • One of the best places to take your kids. Good prices and located inside the V&A Waterfront. A big variety of animals are shown and information given about them. Local fish species and abroad and deep sea fish species are available. Also has a souvenir shop. An experience you will not forget! Enjoy.
  • Definite good place to visit with your kids on school holidays. They will superbly enjoy themselves learning and being fascinated by the beauty of the sea world. Most amazing thing would be seeing their faces and a spark of curiosity being lit about the sea and itโ€™s species. Entrance is pricey but worthwhile. If you are a couple try scuba diving, you will definitely enjoy it ๐Ÿ˜‰
  • The prices were good and the experience was even better. It was interactive, fun and also a great learning experience. My favourite place had to be the penguin beach with all the cute penguins!! But everything they offer is more than wonderful.
  • Little underwhelming, may be because I have been to the Shedd Aquarium in Chicago. Would recommend visiting if you have 3-4 hours free time. The African penguins are undoubtedly the major attraction but the baby sharks and the predators section are equally good.
